With over 15 years of email marketing experience, I’ve worked on various platforms and types of campaigns:
- Segmentation
- Automation
- Nurture campaigns
- Database Management
- Platforms: MailChimp primarily, but also HubSpot, IBM SilverPop and ConstantContact
Here are a few samples of email campaign projects I’ve worked on:
During my time at New Horizons Computer Learning Centers I started out in B2B sales. Since the company wasn’t running any email campaigns at that time; I started creating my own segmented email lists and running campaigns to promote our various offerings to my clients, which lead to an increase in sales and leads. This later led to the opportunity to manage the email campaigns (among other marketing campaigns) for the whole company. As a result we saw increased sales from the newsletter as well as a whopping 227% increase in web traffic year over year.
Here’s an overview of how I organized our mailing lists and segments in MailChimp.

Since 2015 I’ve managed the newsletter campaigns for Costa Rican coffee company SunBurst Coffee. The email is tied to their Shopify account for tracking. View the image below to see how the emails perform. Open rates are usually around 40% and click rates are around 2%-4%, and each email generates around $2,000-$4,000 in revenue.


In my role as Marketing Manager at iMPact Business Group I manage all of our email campaigns in MailChimp.
- Segmentation for our 5 targeted monthly newsletter campaigns
- Automation with Zapier to have wmail generated B2B leads immediately go to the sales team
- Use of AI to improve efficiency of data import to the MailChimp database from multiple sources
- Email campaigns produce measurable business goals (candidate submissions & placements)
